✅ 72-Hour General Health Guarantee

We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has received:

  • A full health check by a licensed veterinarian

  • Up-to-date vaccinations and deworming

  • A health record and vaccine schedule

If your licensed veterinarian discovers a serious illness or health concern within 72 hours of pickup or delivery:

  • You must notify us immediately and provide a written statement from the vet.

  • You may return the puppy for a replacement puppy of equal value (if available), or we will offer a suitable resolution based on the case.

Please note: this guarantee does not cover minor or treatable conditions such as worms, diarrhea, or coccidia, which are common in young puppies and can arise due to environmental change or stress.

🧬 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We also offer a 1-year guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life.

  • If a vet diagnoses a serious genetic disorder within the first year, verified in writing, we will offer a replacement puppy or work with you on a fair solution.

  • This guarantee is valid only if the puppy has received regular veterinary care, appropriate vaccinations, and has not been neglected or abused.

⚠️ Exclusions

This health guarantee becomes void if:

  • The puppy has not been seen by a licensed vet within 72 hours of arrival.

  • The puppy is exposed to harmful conditions, poor diet, or improper care.

  • The condition is caused by an injury, accident, or buyer negligence.

  • The buyer fails to follow recommended vaccination or treatment schedules.

📋 Your Responsibilities

To keep this guarantee valid, the buyer agrees to:

  • Take the puppy to a vet within 72 hours of delivery

  • Maintain a regular vet care schedule

  • Provide proper food, shelter, exercise, and socialization

  • Notify us immediately of any serious health issue
